"Silver Ball with Geranium" 6" x 6" Oil on Canvas
This composition deals with the reflective surface of the silver ball and the intense color and softness of the flower, I think that when combined together they bring something unique in this piece, I still tried to keep my painterly approach here even though parts of the object demanded a more 'strict' finish.

This painting reminds me of Manet's oil paintings of bouquets. They are simply luscious and painterly. So's yours.
